Eildon Finance is a boutique accountancy practice offering accounting, tax and bookkepping services to private business owner/managers. We are a 'Xero' Partner and provide managed and advisory accounting services using Xero cloud accounting. We also provide similar options for 'KashFlow' cloud accounting.

As Eildon Management (see below) we also provide business advisory services and procure all types of business finance from leasing and other debt finance through to Equity Finance.

 

Eildon Management

As Eildon Management, we advise and assist SMEs with business planning and strategic development. We support the management team in the preparation of the business plan, undertake interim management services where required and help source the finance required to achieve the plan. We can assist investors with commercial and financial due diligence and in the support and development of investee businesses post-investment, including turnaround management.

Thereafter, we will provide non-executive services to the business owner or the Board as part of a long-term advisory relationship, staying involved through to delivery of the business plan and the achievement of business goals including exit management where appropriate.

Equity & Debt Finance

We have relationships with equity providers of all types from business angels and syndicates to venture capital companies (VCs). We can also sometimes act as business angels and are members of angel syndicates in both England and Scotland. We can identify the correct source of equity finance for each business and be part of the team that applies and presents to these investors to provide the equity needed on the right terms. Debt finance can be raised alongside the equity and provide the correct 'gearing' or financial leverage for each business client.
